Pizza Paratha Recipe | How to make Pizza Paratha at Home with detailed photos. Pizza paratha is a very delicious and yummy fusion recipe of paratha. The combination of paratha and pizza makes this recipe amazing. This is an Indian-style paratha with a western touch.
Pizza paratha is made with a stuffing of veggies, mozzarella cheese, mixed herbs, and spices. And for making parathas outer cover, wheat flour and all-purpose flour are used.
Very cheesy and yummy pizza paratha is a good option for kids tiffin. This is a kid-friendly recipe. Also, you can serve this paratha as breakfast or as a snack.
Here in this recipe, I used mozzarella cheese but you can also use cheddar cheese or processed cheese.
You can serve pizza paratha with any sauce or with Tomato Chutney or Veg Mayonnaise

Ingredients
For Dough
1 cup whole wheat flour (gehu aata)
½ cup all-purpose flour (maida)
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oil
Water as required
For Paratha Stuffing
1 cup diced or grated mozzarella cheese
½ cup finely chopped onion
¼ cup finely chopped tomato
½ cup finely chopped capsicum
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
¼ teaspoon black pepper powder
Oil for roasting paratha
Salt to taste
How to Make the Dough
1. Take 1 cup whole wheat flour, ½ cup all-purpose flour, and ¼ teaspoon salt in a mixing bowl.
2. Add water as required.
3. Make a soft dough.
4. Grease the dough with 1 teaspoon oil. Cover and keep the dough aside for 15 minutes.
How to make Pizza Paratha Stuffing
1. In another mixing bowl, take 1 cup diced or grated mozzarella cheese, ½ cup finely chopped onion, ¼ cup finely chopped tomato, and ½ cup finely chopped capsicum. Mix it well.
2. Further add 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes (or as per your taste), ¼ teaspoon black pepper powder, and salt to taste.
3. Mix all the ingredients very well.
How to make Pizza Paratha
1. After 15 minutes, again knead the dough for 1-2 minutes.
2. Pinch a medium ball sized dough and dust with flour.
3. Roll the dough ball to a small circular disk and place 2-3 tablespoons of cheese stuffing on it.
4. Bring the edges together in the middle and join them.
5. Dust some flour and start rolling the paratha (place the sealed side down)
6. Gently roll the paratha to a round shape, make it slightly thick.
How to roast the Paratha
1. Heat the tawa (griddle) and place the paratha on it. Cook the paratha for a minute.
2. When the bottomside of the paratha looks a little golden, flip it.
3. Now spread 1 teaspoon oil on the paratha. You can use butter or ghee instead of oil.
4. Again flip the paratha.
5. Spread 1 teaspoon oil on another side.
6. Roast the paratha from both sides until golden brown.
7. Remove the paratha from tawa and gently cut it into pieces.
8. Hot and yummy pizza paratha is ready.
Suggestion
1. You can add 1-2 tablespoon pizza sauce or tomato ketchup to the cheese stuffing. But don’t add too much, it will tear the paratha.
2. You can use any cheese instead of mozzarella cheese.
3. Also, you can increase or decrease the quantity of cheese as per your choice.
