Take 1 cup of poha in a mixing bowl.
Add a glass of water to it and wash the poha.
Drain the poha using a strainer.
Transfer the poha to a mixing bowl and mash it until holds the shape.
Further add ¼ cup finely chopped onion, 2 finely chopped green chillies, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, ½ teaspoon red chilli powder, and ¼ teaspoon chaat masala.
Add 1 tablespoon gram flour, 2 tablespoons Rava, 2-3 teaspoons chopped coriander leaves, and 1 teaspoon salt.
Mix everything very well and make a dough. Add 1-2 tablespoons of water if needed.
Grease your palm with water. Take a small portion of dough and make a small cutlet.
Now heat the oil in a kadhai for frying.
Add cutlets to hot oil and fry them on medium-high flame.
When the bottom side of the cutlet looks golden, flip them.
Fry the poha cutlets until crisp and golden and remove them from kadhai.
Crispy, yummy poha cutlet is ready to serve.
