In a mixing bowl, take ½ cup boiled, grated potato and add 1 teaspoon crushed green chilli, ½ teaspoon cumin powder, and rock salt to taste.
Add 3-4 teaspoons of chopped coriander and mix everything very well.
Now add ½ cup rajgira flour and make a soft dough.
Further, add 1 teaspoon oil or ghee and knead.
Pinch a small dough ball and dust it with rajgira flour. Roll it gently and make a slightly thick puri.
Heat the oil or ghee in a kadhai. Drop the puri in hot oil.
Fry the puri on medium-high flame until golden from one side and flip it. Then remove the puri from the kadhai.
Hot and tasty rajgira puri is ready to serve.
