Corn Cheese Balls Recipe | How to make corn cheese balls with detailed photos. Crispy and tasty corn cheese balls are made from boiled potato, mozzarella cheese, corn, and some spices.
Corn Cheese Balls is an ideal snack recipe for kids as well as for adults and can also be served as party food.
These tasty Corn Cheese Balls are crispy from the outside and cheesy from the inside. For stuffing, I’m using mozzarella cheese to get a more cheesy texture but you can replace it with any other cheese.

Ingredients
For Cheese Ball Dough
1 cup boiled and mashed potato, ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese, 1 medium-sized finely chopped onion and capsicum each, ½ cup bread crumb, ½ cup corn, 2 grated garlic cloves, 2 tablespoon coriander leaves, 1 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon oregano, ½ teaspoon chili flakes, Salt to taste, Oil for deep frying
For Stuffing
12 small pieces of mozzarella cheese
For Coating
3 teaspoon all-purpose flour, 3 teaspoon cornflour, ¼ teaspoon chili flakes, 1 cup bread crumbs, Pinch of salt
How to make Corn Cheese Balls Dough
1. In a mixing bowl, take 1 cup mashed potatoes, ½ cup corn, 1 medium size chopped onion, 1 medium size chopped capsicum, ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese, ½ cup bread crumbs, and 2 grated garlic cloves.
2. Also add 1 teaspoon pepper powder, 1 teaspoon oregano, and ½ teaspoon chili flakes.
3. Mix all the ingredients very well and keep aside.
How to make Coating Mixture
1. In a small bowl, add 3 teaspoons of all-purpose flour, 3 teaspoon cornflour, ¼ teaspoon chili flakes, a pinch of salt, and ½ cup water. Mix all the ingredients very well.
2. Make a smooth and lumps free mixture.
How to make Corn Cheese Balls
1. Take a small ball sized dough and makes a patty. Place a small piece of mozzarella cheese inside it. Make sure the mozzarella cheese is at room temperature.
2. Get the edges together and make a ball.
3. Dip the cheese ball in a cornflour mixture.
4. Further, roll it into breadcrumbs. Make sure you coat the balls uniformly.
5. Gently roll the cheese ball again on your palm. It helps the breadcrumbs to stick on cheese balls.
6. Heat the oil and add cheese balls in it. Fry them on medium-high flame. Don’t overcrowd them.
7. When the corn cheese balls look golden from the bottom, flip them.
8. Fry the corn cheese balls till they turn golden and crisp.
9. Remove Corn cheese balls from kadhai.
10. Finally, corn cheese balls are ready to serve. Serve hot.
Suggestion
1. If you want to make it spicy, add 2 teaspoon crushed green chilies.
2.You can use any other cheese of your choice like processed cheese, cheddar cheese, etc.
3. Lastly serve Corn Cheese Ball hot to get gooey and mouth watery texture.
