This dominos-style cheese dip can be served with garlic bread, breadsticks, toasted bread, or with many other snacks. It can also serve as a spread with roti or bread.
There are many ways to make the cheese dip, but this is the quick and easiest way to make a rich and creamy cheese dip.
In this recipe, I have used processed cheese cubes and butter. Both the ingredients have salt in them hence I have not added any salt in this recipe.

Ingredients
½ cup processed cheese
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon milk powder
How to make Cheese Dip
1. Heat the pot with a glass of water on a low flame.
2. Place a bowl that can easily be fitted on top of the pot.
3. Now add ½ cup milk to it.
4. Also, add 1 teaspoon butter and stir until it melts.
5. Further, add ½ cup grated processed cheese.
6. Stir continuously until cheese melts.
7. Lastly, add 1 teaspoon milk powder and mix well.
8. When the dip looks a little thick and creamy turn off the flame and let it cool down at room temperature, and then place it in the refrigerator for an hour.
9. Creamy cheese dip is ready to serve.
Suggestion
1. Don’t cook cheese dip too much. When all ingredients are mixed well and the dip looks a little thick, turn off the flame.
2. You can also use other cheese varieties like cheddar cheese, cheese slice, etc.
3. You can also add a pinch of chilli flakes to make this dip a little spicier.
