Falafel Wrap Recipe with detailed photos – yummy and delicious falafel wrap made with crispy falafel, onion tomato dressing, and creamy homemade veg mayonnaise, rolled in a soft wheat flour tortilla.
Falafel is deep-fried chickpea patty/balls commonly eaten throughout the Middle East. Commonly falafel is served with pita bread or with tortilla. Falafel balls can also be eaten without wrap as snacks.
In this falafel wrap recipe, for making tortilla, I have used whole wheat flour and all-purpose flour. But for healthier options, you can avoid all-purpose flour and can use only whole wheat flour. Mostly in falafel wrap, tahini sauce, or hummus is used but here I am using homemade veg mayonnaise which makes falafel wrap very delicious.
