Lassi Recipe | Homemade Sweet Lassi with detailed photos. Lassi is an Indian probiotic drink made with yogurt, sugar, water & milk. It’s a very popular beverage from North Indian Cuisine, mostly served in the summer.
Cool and refreshing lassi is prepared in various flavours, like mango, rose, saffron, etc. Here I am sharing a simple and easy-to-make lassi recipe.

Ingredients
1 cup yogurt/curd
6-7 teaspoon sugar
Pinch of salt
4-5 ice cubes
1 teaspoon chopped almond
Pinch of saffron strands
How to make Lassi
1. Take a cup of yogurt/curd in a bowl.
2. Add 6-7 teaspoons of sugar.
3. Also, add a pinch of salt or as per your taste.
4. Mix all the ingredients well.
5. Add 4-5 ice cubes.
6. Now churn the lassi mixture using a churner.
7. Churn until the mixture looks frothy.
8. Pour the lassi into serving glass and garnish with some almonds and saffron.
Suggestion
1. You can use chilled yogurt instead of adding ice cubes.
2. Adding almonds and saffron is optional.
3. You can also add grated pistachio and cashew as per your taste.
