Ingredients
¾ cup mango pulp
¾ cup sugar
1 ½ glass of water
3 tablespoon lemon juice
2 to 3 pinch of salt
Pinch of cardamom (elaichi) powder (optional)
How to Make Mango Punch
1. Take 2 medium-sized mangoes. Here I am using Alphonso mangoes. You can use any type of mango but make sure they are sweet enough.
2. Wash, cut, and remove mango pulp. Grind it. Now mango pulp is ready to use.
3. Heat 1 ½ glass of water with ¾ cup of sugar in a pan.
4. When sugar gets dissolved add 3 tablespoon lemon juice in it.
5. Now add ¾ bowl mango pulp and stir on high flame.
6. Once it came to boil, switch off the flame.
7. Now strain this mango punch to remove the fiber from it.
8. Add 2 to 3 pinch of salt and mix it well. You can also add cardamom (elaichi) powder in this recipe.
9. Lastly, place it in the fridge for 1 hour or just add few ice cubes. Refreshing and tasty Mango Punch is ready to serve.
Note
1. Depending on the sweetness of mangoes, increase or decrease the amount of sugar.
2. Do not boil sugar syrup and mango pulp too much, it can remove the original taste of mango.
