Veg Mayonnaise Recipe | Eggless Mayonnaise Recipe with detailed photos- simple, quick and easy veg mayonnaise recipe is made with full cream milk, oil and vinegar.
Basically mayonnaise is made with egg yolk and oil but here in this recipe, I made eggless mayonnaise which is a great alternative for vegetarians.
This veg mayonnaise recipe contains a very few ingredients but the mayonnaise made from this tastes super creamy as that of one brought from the stores.
These creamy and tasty homemade veg mayonnaise tastes good when served with burger, veg mayo sandwiches, veg lollipop, potato fries, salads, pizza paratha, falafel wrap and many more.

Ingredients
½ cup milk
1 cup oil
1 teaspoon vinegar
¼ teaspoon sugar
Salt to taste
Pinch of black pepper powder
Oregano (optional)
How to make Veg Mayonnaise
1. In a mixer jar takes ½ cup of milk.
2. Add 1 teaspoon vinegar.
3. Add ¼ teaspoon sugar.
4. Now add salt to test and mix all the ingredients.
5. Add ½ cup of oil in this mixture, and blend it for 2-3 minutes or blend until oil and milk combine.
6. Switch off the mixer and add leftover ½ cup oil in the jar.
7. Blend until the mixture gets thick and fluffy.
8. Once the mayonnaise gets thicken add a pinch of black pepper powder and oregano (optional) for flavor. And blend more for a minute. ( You can use mayonnaise at this stage also)
9. Lastly, transfer mayonnaise in bowl and place in the fridge for 4 to 5 hours or overnight for thicker and fluffy mayonnaise. Now our veg mayonnaise or eggless mayonnaise is ready to use.
Note
1. You can store this mayonnaise for 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
2. You can add 1 crushed garlic clove in mayonnaise for garlic flavor.
3. You can use a hand blender, food processer, or any grinder.
